This worked for me. I digitally pre-ordered... find the receipt and enter in the product code. The early access code is different.

I have a final fantasy 14 code on square enix under registered games I can use but I never got en email with another code. This is for Digital copy.

I believe many of us that were suppose to receive an email did not receive it yet. If you received it, it might be in your spam folder.

I checked my spam folder and everywhere and did not receive it. Currently awaiting customer support help for answer to where I can find this info since I did not receive this expected email.

I ordered mine for PS3 and now it is dead. Going to wait for answer back before doing anything.

You have to register the actual game code if all you had registered before was the Early Access code.

Depending on where/how you bought it you may have to log in to amazon and check, or check email (including spam folders), or just check the physical box if that's what you got.

Nope, not working for me. Maybe i've used it once before, when i install ARR into my laptop prior to this.

I bought mine on Amazon, was emailed the early access code from SE. When I went to look on Amazon under "digital library" there was the game code there. Two different codes.

ok... it would have been nice to get another email letting us we had another new code...

if you bought it at the SE online store which is actually digital river and in no way supported by the SE online support people who took over 2 weeks to let me know that... anyway i digress...

if you did get it there... go back to www.findmyorder.com and enter your details and it will NOW have another code different from the one it had before. enter that and it will be happy again.

I bought digitally as well. I cant seem to find the actual registration code, and since Square has shut down all digital downloads of the game I cant seem to get into it to find my code

Have you checked your mail folders, including spam folders?
If you bought from NA SE store, have you tried what someone else in this thread said about www.findmyorder.com ?

Bump, thanks a lot found the code, i bought from GreenmanGaming and the code is there!
For those that did the same, just log into greenmangaming and in the games >> others tab, the key should be there.
