if you bought it at the SE online store which is actually digital river and in no way supported by the SE online support people who took over 2 weeks to let me know that... anyway i digress...

if you did get it there... go back to www.findmyorder.com and enter your details and it will NOW have another code different from the one it had before. enter that and it will be happy again.
