You have to register the actual game code if all you had registered before was the Early Access code.

Depending on where/how you bought it you may have to log in to amazon and check, or check email (including spam folders), or just check the physical box if that's what you got.

that is not the issue. its not even getting to the normal login screen. its as if it forgot that we had setup the app before.

also, when i go into http://na.square-enix.com/ it is showing me as having a valid code for the game.

This worked for me. I digitally pre-ordered... find the receipt and enter in the product code. The early access code is different.

Nope, not working for me. Maybe i've used it once before, when i install ARR into my laptop prior to this.
