    Absolulety LIVID. Disconnect and then up on entering login details again....

    So, in the middle of playing, without warning I get forced off the game.

    When I use the launcher again, it requires me to enter my validation code, the 20 digit code I got when I pre-ordered the game.

    Upon entering this, I'm told that this code has already been registered.

    I can go into my Account Management page and according to that, I have an account, my character is there, yet the account is INACTIVE.

    I did not change anything, I used the registration code as normal, created an SE account, and used it from early access to today.

    I can't access my account, I can't do play the game. I've done absolutely nothing wrong and there's no recourse for me to contact SE.

    You've totally and utterly f*cked up every aspect of the release of this game for me.

    It stands to reason you'd take the game away from me without any warning too.

    You better fix this immediately, as from what I can see from the growing number of people with the same issue as me, it's going to cause you massive headaches.

    I can't believe this.

    Way to ruin my day (for the 10th time this week.)

    Same Isuue

    Been playing game since early release and have several chars on diff realms even played last night and this morning cant login asks for code and tells me already registered. tried to contact Square by chat and phone no chance. Not good enough

    You've been issued another registration code thats different then the 20 digit early access reg code. Look through the topics on here and its been discussed. My code was on amazon.com in my order game section

    You need to find your new 20 digit registration code that would of been sent out on launch day and add it to your account. (This code is not the same as your Early Access code)



    WARNING!!!!!! Click "Add Windows Service"
    DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT click "Add New Service Account"

    If you click add new service account, you will create a new account and won't be able to access your characters that you have been playing. You see that 200 page "lost 30 days" topic...they clicked the wrong button.

    God I feel like a bit of an idiot now.

    Well, it was in my spam folder. My Gmail Spam folder which I have hidden.

    I got a new message from webhelpv4 which I really did not know was coming or was even aware of.

    I've used the 2nd 20 digit code to re-register, as it were, and I can now use my account and the same character.

    Emotional meltdown averted and thank God I came to the forums. That's about the 3rd time these forums have saved my sanity.

    Still pissed as I wasn't really given a headsup about this.

    Oh well, should probably get some sleep!

    Hope this helps any of you guys out there in the same boat as me. Check all your spam folders and messages for a newer webhelpv4 message with your new code if you ordered from SE's own online store.

    It should be there.

    Have a nice weekend all. I'm going to smoke something "relaxing" now

    If you ordered via Amazon mine was under my account > Digital content> Games> View activation key

    Such a head ache though I just lost an hour and a half and gained an immense amount of frustration good luck everyone

    I have done all that and still it says account number already activated. I logged onto my profile on square all my details there including game code exactly as I have used. It says on there INACTIVE?

    Just had the exact same problem. Just clicked to enter a dungeon through duty finder, got error 90000 and kicked out of the game. When I tried to log in, it acts as if it's my first time logging in, requesting a registration code. When I enter my old code in from my purchase email, tells my code is already registered. Can't log into the game. Very frustrated w/ the launch of this game.
