Not Registered? i was playing yesterday....

I accidently have played on the wrong account throughout all beta and early access ( I used my account that I used for the original 1.0 beta ) however, sadly I'd forgotten that the actual account I registered ff xiv 1.0 on was a different one.. So now I have the problem, that I want the registered key from one account (my old 1.0 account) to go to another one (1.0 beta and 2.0 beta account - which I have been playing Early access on)

Is this even possible to do?

Note that I fucked up because their website doesn't distinguish between beta and non-beta in the service history. (So when I saw I had a past service on my account, I sadly assumed I was logged into the right one.)

I don't seem to have an email with a retail code. I ordered the digital version from Amazon and the only emails I have from them are for their own promotional deal. That was sent on the 27th. I don't have an email from square enix except from today saying that my account was temporarily suspended because of 'suspicious activity' but that has been resolved because I'm logged into here. Anyone else order from Amazon and not get this 'retail code?'

Went to amazon for help, it shows your Activation Key on the website if you didn't get an email. I found mine there. thanks for all the help guys.

Like Ghost44 said, for those who bought their copy through Amazon, you have to log into Amazon and go to your account. Then under the Digital Content section, click on Your Games and Software Library. You should see FFXIV:ARR and a little button that says view product key. I was so relieved when I figured this out!! Hope this helps all you Amazon purchasers out there.

Wow! What a headache.

So going to www.findmyorder.com didn't work. But when I went to

the process worked and I was able to register my game. I hope this helps some of you. SE doesn't make anything easy. Thanks everyone for your help in the forums.

I bought it from the SE store. I don't know why I cant find the original email. It's not the kind of thing I would delete. But all's well end's well I guess.

WOW. I was totally freaking out this morning when I open up the game and it asked me for all the information again, entered it, and it was already registered (obviously as I have been playing during Early Access). Thanks to this thread I opened the email address inbox that I used for this game and voila, there it was.

To be clear, we HAVE received a different code via email to now register if you order from Square Enix

Guys i bought this game 3 years ago version 1.0 but i didn't have access at the early start. So i bought early access code from a site and its worked untill now. but now i can't login in the game. i m trying to write the code of my old game in mogstation but it said me that code is already registred, and i don't have any email from sqare enix and so i don't have any new code to put in the mogstation. I really don't know what to do now.
I heard that some people like me that have the old version 1.0 with the access at early start have the same problem, we don't have any code and our old code doesn't work
