Not Registered? i was playing yesterday....

I woke up this morning, tried to log in and i get this error message http://prntscr.com/1oaamf and as you can see here : http://prntscr.com/1oac6i I am registered for both early access and the full game i had no problems on release but now i have these issues, makes me kind of mad.

I also logged onto my account with square and checked game codes and all exactly as I have entered but still says account activated. It also says INACTIVE whatever that means. so bloody infuriating

That screenshot does prove anything. That is not your FFXIV account, you access your FFXIV account through the mogstation. Take a screenshot of your mogstation screen however I would probably wipe out any information you don't want people to see.

I guarantee when you login, it will say your account is inactive. This means you have yet to register your retail code that you would of received on launch (this code is different from your early access code). Early access expired today, so if you have not registered your retail code, you account is now inactive until you register it.

PS. The screenshot you took is basically just a "community" website.

I fixed it. You are right it does say inactive, I dont know why it says that i play everyday since release

When I access my account and all details including 20 digit game code but says inactive. I had this a few days ago and had to enter the this code to get game reactivated but this morning it says already activated

I have the same issue. The problem is, I bought the digital version and did not receive a product code. What are we supposed to do about that?

Because Early Access expired today. We believe the reason early access expired today instead of on launch day was to give people who ordered physical copies time to receive their copy (because their code will be in the box, not on an email). However this is just an assumption and may be wrong, square might of just given us extra days to make up for the technical problems. Who knows.

Where is the code to reactivate my account. I want to purchase a subscription but have no idea where to do it. I never received a 20 digit code and i playeed all the betas, and preorder, registered on PS# network , linked accounts and nothing

for those of you having this problem with a physical copy of the game on PS3 go to playstation store and scroll down to redeem codes. then enter the code on the back of your game booklet that came with your copy of the game. start the game and follow the on screen instructions. hope it helps...worked for me
