After thoroughly investigating both matters, the development team has deemed the first "!" found near the botanist guild to be a problem, and the matter is currently being inspected. Unfortunately, for the second "!" that you mentioned that was in the backroom of the carpenter guild, the development team stated that there was not enough specific information to test whether or not it is an extra "!" in the room. In order to avoid confusion in the future, please try to separate reports for different matters into their own threads. If you continue to experience trouble with this extra "!" in the carpenter guild, please submit another detailed report about this in a new thread, making sure to include the specific name of the quest that may be involved.
