Game disconnects character, but can still type in chat

Hello, I currently have a bug where the game will "disconnect me". That is to say, I can cast spells, and it will play the animation, but it will cost no mana and do no damage. Also, the mobs will continue to hit me, even if I run away from them. But, while in this state I can still communicate with any party I'm in, and with my Free Company as well. It seems to only effect my character's actions, and none of the chat / quest actions. It's happening about every 30 minutes, but the exact time it takes varies. Hope you guys get this resolved! Steps:
1. Click to select target
2. Cast a spell
3. Sometimes, animation plays, but no damage, no MP use, and target doesn't attack. (Can still type, move around, etc. If I have a pet, pet does not follow.) If it works, and they do attack...
4. Spells will stop working randomly, showing animation but no damage, no MP use, and creature keeps attacking
5. I run away, but still get hit until dead
6. Can't be raised because character isn't where I am
7. Log out, log back in, and find out my body is still where I was fighting
