All they did was put in the Early Access code and assumed everything was ok, however early access expired today. If you have not put in your retail code, your account is now inactive until you put in the retail code that you received on launch (this is not the early access code, it is a new code). Once you put in this code, your account will become active and you will have your 30 free days applied to your account.
It says my retail code is invalid when I try to enter it.
