    I can't Log In now.

    I just got disconnected from the game and when I relaunched, it asked me to input my registration code again. So, I did. It tells me that code is already registered. Yeah it is... to the account I just tried to log in with! MY account. And the launcher isn't accepting it.

    UPDATE

    Nevermind this thread. After reading a helpful post I checked my spam folder. Got a new code. My Thanks to the people trying to help.

    I'm guessing you accidentally registered it to a 2nd service account I'm stuck in the same situation

    Yeah me to. It happened last week also but I had to enter another code which I found eventually but again this morning it asks me to enter codes but says they are already activated so I cannot play game .I have tried to contact Square by chat and phone no chance been waiting over an hour . Not good enough if not sorted soon look for another game. Fed up

    It says my retail code is invalid when I try to enter it.

    I have already completed that , when I put retail code in it says already activated, I checked online account to verify number and its correct?

    Just had the exact same problem. Just clicked to enter a dungeon through duty finder, got error 90000 and kicked out of the game. When I tried to log in, it acts as if it's my first time logging in, requesting a registration code. When I enter my old code in from my purchase email, tells my code is already registered. Can't log into the game. Very frustrated w/ the launch of this game.
