I have that email, the only thing it contained was a 16 digit Serial Number/Product Code which I used to redeem the 20 digit early access code and an order number.......
I also Was just kicked from my game with this error. Now when I log in it wants a different registration code that I don't have. I have checked my email and I have not received any new registration code. PLS FIX THIS SE.
UPDATE: I feel like a noob! It was in my spam folder LMAO>!
I wish it was the same for me, however its not in any of my folders, it was from SE correct?
I've been waiting on an email since launch for this same problem. I got my CE copy from the PSN store and the only codes I ever got were from the refund (due to the problems with the PSN copy) and a preorder code from Gamestop. No 20 digit registration code anywhere.
Somehow though, as confusing as the Moogle Station was, I have my CE registered under a different service account where I don't even have a character created. Again though, since I received no registration code, I don't know how it got registered, much less to a second account.
Problem solved. On the 27th I received an email from webhelp.v4 IN MY SPAM and it had the new registration code. Check your spam ><
I also been playing game since early release and have chars on various realms. I had this issue early on and found code eventually and was playing last night but when tried to log in this morning I am askrd to log in again and it tells me code already activated? So now I cannot access game and both codes been entered?
I actually found the email with the registration code in my spam but there was also one in my inbox with the early access information on it. Why couldn't they have just given you everything in 1 email instead of making things confusing with 2 different 20 digit codes.
any solution for people that didn't find it in there spam mail?
even in my spam its not there what should i do i looked up my delivery and the game is still in the same place it has been since the 27
Hard to give a solution, because we don't have the information on where you bought it from.
Most of these "spam folders" people bought it from Square-enix North America digital store that uses digitalriver's service. However if you bought it online from amazon or gamestop or in a different country then North America, then the solution will be different.
