I had an issue with my authenticator after my house was burgled last night. I had to deactivate it, but hadn't bothered to take down the code beforehand to do so. I called up EU live chat support, and after an hour and a half I chatted to someone who was very happy to help me with my problems.

I've read horrible things about SE's support, so I was a bit surprised to have such a painless experience. My consultant was concise, and helpful. Maybe I had the exception, but with all the negativity surrounding SE support, I'd just like to put it out there that live chat is an option.
