    SQUARE ENIX HELP !!!!

    I can't access my first service account where it holds all my characters!! i have all my codes registered from my PS3 including the promotional code when you buy the game.

    When I log in it gives me two service account options! the first one which for some reason was only for early access and the other one with no characters but includes the free trial period.

    I'm extremely angry because I just recently unlocked summoner, hoping that when the early access was over they would transfer to the second service account.

    OMG !!!! DON'T MAKE ME MAKE A NEW CHARACTER SQUARE!!!!!!!!!! WTF IS HAPPENING D:

    I already sent you an email with my problem(on the 27th) but it's taking you guys FOREVER.

    I'm in exactly the same predicament, it makes no sense, why would they not apply the code to your first account but instead set up a second account.

    This is absolutely terrible. left my guy at in an inn and now I'm stuck waiting till they answer my email T_T

    And even then who knows if they can resolve my problem? wtf SE !!!

    To @desmo since I can't post anymore...

    What? where does it say this? I just redeemed my code and I automatically unlocked the second service account. And the EA one holds my pre-order bonuses what say you about that?

    @Zephira: I've checked mog station multiple times and the second service account (the one with the free trial period) holds no such characters.

    Check your MogStation to see if your characters are still there on the list. I think you didn't really have to add a new service account and I dunno where to register my PC CE code and there is the only one way to upgrade my account to CE is I have to pay $20.

    If you see your characters, call SE I am sure they will fix it up for you.

    Surprisingly Good Assistance

    I had an issue with my authenticator after my house was burgled last night. I had to deactivate it, but hadn't bothered to take down the code beforehand to do so. I called up EU live chat support, and after an hour and a half I chatted to someone who was very happy to help me with my problems.

    I've read horrible things about SE's support, so I was a bit surprised to have such a painless experience. My consultant was concise, and helpful. Maybe I had the exception, but with all the negativity surrounding SE support, I'd just like to put it out there that live chat is an option.

    Seems you made an extra account(Service) instead of ADDING a platform to your existing account(services)

    Not sure how you redeemed your code but when you log in to mog station you see an overview of your service you most likely clicked add new service instead of add windows service/add ps3 service?

    You had to choose if you used a registrated account or new one...
    It is said clearly in description, that you won't be able to use your avatars from 1.0 or EA

    E-mail them again, they closed all outstanding support issues due to being overwhelmed. If you are waiting for a response, you'll never get it.
