The Launcher Error

I just exited out of my game, when I forgot something. So I went to try logging back in and after I enter my password and hit enter the launcher took me to the registration page. I can't get pass it because it requires my Code for the game, which is already in use by me obviously. Does anyone know how to resolve this beside uninstalling the game and reinstall it?

How many 20 digit codes (12 digit for ps3) have you registered to your account? If the answer is 1, that means you have only registered the early access 20-digit code, which expired today. In order to keep playing, you need to register the new 20-digit retail code that you would of received at launch.

i'm having this same problem, except i do not have any other 20 digit codes sent to me. On the Square Enix website, the game is registered but the only code displayed is the 20 digit EA code. Is there anyway to get the new code needed to continue playing?

edit: went to findmyorder.com -> put in the info required (used cc info/email) and it linked me the code required.

I guess they wanted to give early access players like me the chance to recieve their delayed pre-order (thank you very much amazon) before beeing shut out.
