    i'm having this same problem, except i do not have any other 20 digit codes sent to me. On the Square Enix website, the game is registered but the only code displayed is the 20 digit EA code. Is there anyway to get the new code needed to continue playing?

    edit: went to findmyorder.com -> put in the info required (used cc info/email) and it linked me the code required.
