Repose

When you solo mobs, repose can be great if you pull something you didn't want to. Now in Dungeons, that's where it can get tricky cause you have to think if that mob you targeted is resistant to sleep. If you mark a mob with the Bind sign, that lets the tank and other members in your party know that you want to sleep that said mob. Now sometimes you will get those awful tanks that doesn't care and break sleep all the time.

But the key aspect here is, it's great to have your Tank take less damage. Making it easier to maintain heals and help manage your MP. Don't leave home without is what i would say. Use it and don't be afraid to use it.
