Launcher resets to Initial Registration Process

Found out the problem. I bought my game from gamestop as a digital down load. The code we got from putting in the pre order bonus code for the Early Access code not the real games code. To get the real games code, Go to the Gamestop app, go to my games and hit refresh. It should say FF14 can be downloaded now. Now click on Product code and that code will be a different 20 digit code from the one we put in on the 24th for early access. And boom im back online.

I bought it as a guest, can I still do this? It isn't showing up in my games because I didn't buy the game while signed into an account.
