Launcher resets to Initial Registration Process

I personally am going to go play, sorry to anyone still with an issue, if you did purchase from SE's store I again highly suggest you check your email's junk section and look for "webhelp.v4" it's an odd email address but it was the one with the code for me to get in

I have the 20 digit code already registered with it before early access everything there went fine. Now this

Hey guys I was having the same problem, decided to take the advice of going through my Email, checked my junk because I noticed it did indeed have more than it's been for the last month or so.

And lo and behold SE had sent it under a email address known as "webhelp.v4"

It's the 20 character code in that email

I have this problem too just now around 5 minutes ago and I was in game in Gridania when it happened, and I am now asked to input this 20 digit registration code, I m not sure should I be inputting the code I got from the 27th Aug email as I redeemed my code earlier on the FFXIV website through my amazon pre-order digital copy 18 digit code....

*Edit* I have just tried to input the 20 digit registration code from the email and it didn't work, it says "The entered code has already been registered"............I want my account back!

Beckonthepaining is correct. I bought my key from Green Man Gaming. Login into the GMG web site and my new registration code is there. Good Luck.

Thank you, the E-mail was sent on the 27th which included another 20 letter code. Funny thing about this whole thing is the E-mail was sent straight to my spam mail which I was unaware of its existence. This is very redundant to have us enter an early access code then to give us a heart attack by forcing us out of the game without any warning nor error just to find out that we need to add another 20 alpha numeric codes again.

The entire multiple account, multiple websites, multiple codes, jump thru hoops of fire to pay to play this game, made worse if you buy from the fools who made the game, is unreal.

Hello again!

I've SOLVED my problem!

I've bought my copy from GreenManGaming and I've received an email from them on the 27th too regarding the access code. Apparently, there are 2 access codes give, one 18 digit code and another 20 digit code. Must have missed it or something, but I've take the 20 digit code and put it in for registration and succeed! Now, I'm back in the game as usual.

Also, it is worth to take note that your account and character will be preserved for you have an option to do so after re-entering the registration code.

So, check your email from the 27th, maybe you've missed out the code or something.

Ok, Search in Email does not search your spam folder. Thank you for suggesting it.

The email could of been clearer though because it took an additional 15 minutes entering the codes and finally it worked.

I'm sorry if I seem frustrated but since pre- launch was a total fail for me having any play time, my frustration has reached its limit.

If you purchased from Amazon, you can check your games library in your account, and there should be a button to check the code.
