So i searched around my email. Apparently they sent me a new code on the 27th of August. So check your emails again to see if you guys got any new keys for SE. Good luck!

I do have a physical Box with a different key, but im worried i'll mess up my accoutn be regitering an additional key. Did anyone try this so far?

I've SOLVED my problem!
I've bought my copy from GreenManGaming and I've received an email from them on the 27th too regarding the access code. Apparently, there are 2 access codes give, one 18 digit code and another 20 digit code. Must have missed it or something, but I've take the 20 digit code and put it in for registration and succeed! Now, I'm back in the game as usual.
Also, it is worth to take note that your account and character will be preserved for you have an option to do so after re-entering the registration code.
So, check your email from the 27th, maybe you've missed out the code or something.

Here's my problem, I bought my digital copy back in July from the SE store and one digital copy from Greenman. Used the Same Email address so I am pretty sure the email I have is for the other account.
Anyone for a phone number ? I mean all other support doesn't open till 9am PST.
Yeah it worked after I added an additional Service to my square enix account using the code in my game box.
But seriously? Could SE not communicate this in some way people get WHY their accpunt isn't working any more?

I know this isn't about CE items, but perhaps the same thing applies to your situation, as I didn't get my 30 days of gametime until I figured out my collector's edition problems.

On a side note this registration process and having 3+ codes to enter and reenter has made this experience by far the most confusing and disorganized process i have ever encountered when starting a new game.
