Launcher resets to Initial Registration Process

Hello!

I have been playing the game on Velafor for a few days now, doing pretty good, enjoying it massively. All is well, at least until this morning. I've executed the game and out comes the launcher as usual but this time, instead of displaying the log in screen, it shows me the initial registration screen.



I've registered the game on the 20th and I've been able to play before this as mentioned earlier. I've try to comply with the procedures, but I got stuck on the registration code step (as expected) with an error saying that the code has already been registered. No additional options or buttons to press. After several restart and re-installation of the game, the problem still persists.

Any feedback and replies will be much appreciated.

Same thing just happened to me right now. Hope they give us an update on whats wrong.

The same happened here. It tells me the registration code was already used. Which is obviously true, because it is bound to my account!

So i searched around my email. Apparently they sent me a new code on the 27th of August. So check your emails again to see if you guys got any new keys for SE. Good luck!

I do have a physical Box with a different key, but im worried i'll mess up my accoutn be regitering an additional key. Did anyone try this so far?

I am having the same problems. I have been login and playing the game without a problem until today.

I also have the original email with my registration sent on the 27th but nothing since that time.

I am able to login and use the forums, but I cannot login to the game, nor through the final fantasy 14 main website.

Not sure if this is related to the following update:

We were experiencing technical difficulties wherein players were being disconnected from instances on Japan Data Center Worlds. As a result, customers who were disconnected from said content are unable to log in.

Hopefully we can get some feedback on this.

I've been playing since early access everything went fine. Error 90000 and now i can't get into the game and its asking for my registration code again.

This is really annoying first I can't hardly ever log in, now I can't flipping log in at all.

Does someoen have their phone number I would like to call them to get an answer.

Hello again!

I've SOLVED my problem!

I've bought my copy from GreenManGaming and I've received an email from them on the 27th too regarding the access code. Apparently, there are 2 access codes give, one 18 digit code and another 20 digit code. Must have missed it or something, but I've take the 20 digit code and put it in for registration and succeed! Now, I'm back in the game as usual.

Also, it is worth to take note that your account and character will be preserved for you have an option to do so after re-entering the registration code.

So, check your email from the 27th, maybe you've missed out the code or something.
