For anyone in this thread who purchased through Amazon.com, you may want to check this thread I created regarding collector's edition items: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...92#post1115592

I know this isn't about CE items, but perhaps the same thing applies to your situation, as I didn't get my 30 days of gametime until I figured out my collector's edition problems.

On a side note this registration process and having 3+ codes to enter and reenter has made this experience by far the most confusing and disorganized process i have ever encountered when starting a new game.
