Launcher resets to Initial Registration Process

Well.... Yea Was about to kill Tam Tara boss and uh... Error9000 and I cant play anymore. Like really what is going on? I didn't get an E-mail for a new code, my first code I got was accidentally redeemed for PS3, I called customer service the next day got a new code and now the systems telling me that I have a conflicting registration? Thats what im guessing or something which is odd. I just wanna play man.... almost level 21 Archer...

This is happening to me too. I got kicked out of my game and now there's the initial registration screen. All I got was the digital download code.. Where's the 20 digit code?

Hey guys I was having the same problem, decided to take the advice of going through my Email, checked my junk because I noticed it did indeed have more than it's been for the last month or so.

And lo and behold SE had sent it under a email address known as "webhelp.v4"

It's the 20 character code in that email

THIS MAN IS SO RIGHT LOOK FOR THAT EMAIL TITLES "webhelp.v4" people IT HAS YOUR NEW CODE FOR BOTH SYSTEMS!

I have this problem too just now around 5 minutes ago and I was in game in Gridania when it happened, and I am now asked to input this 20 digit registration code, I m not sure should I be inputting the code I got from the 27th Aug email as I redeemed my code earlier on the FFXIV website through my amazon pre-order digital copy 18 digit code....

*Edit* I have just tried to input the 20 digit registration code from the email and it didn't work, it says "The entered code has already been registered"............I want my account back!

Was the earlier code the one for early access? it seems to be that the 18 character code is the early access code in a majority of these cases.

I don't have an email from SE or the webvhelp , no where in my email.

I have the 20 digit code already registered with it before early access everything there went fine. Now this

As irritating as this is when I finally get some play time with all the other frustrating errors its some what relieving that other people are experiencing the same thing.

I personally am going to go play, sorry to anyone still with an issue, if you did purchase from SE's store I again highly suggest you check your email's junk section and look for "webhelp.v4" it's an odd email address but it was the one with the code for me to get in

Beckonthepaining is correct. I bought my key from Green Man Gaming. Login into the GMG web site and my new registration code is there. Good Luck.
