Cannot turn in Expert Delivery items outside class roles

Steps:
1. Talk to NPC, do Undertake Supply choice (second.)
2. Switch to Expert Delivery Tab
3. No item that is unusable, or at least not suited for my leveled classes, are able to be turned in to NPC. They do not even appear in list. Tried having the item in both armory as well as inventory, no go. Example items being chest pieces "Peltast Acton" and "Demagogue Half Robe".

This appears to be a recent bug, as just last week I was able to turn in items outside my roles.
