My account has been active since sept 3 2010 and i still have no accessI was 1.0, never deactivated my service account and was able to log in with no problems. I'm guessing the disabled service account is what causes this?
On a side note, the SE account management site doesn't show my current account info at all. Mog Station does. However, payment setup is done through the SE account management site. It's like they're using 2 sites to manage accounts but they don't properly share any info.
This is so frustrating.. I am another 1.0 user that does not have the game registered on mogstation.
All that's registered are "The following services are available for this service account: FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Beta Test Windows(R) ,FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Pre-Order Code Windows(R) is registered to this service account."
I hope we get this resolved soon.

Are 30 hours that our account is blocked and i tryied all that i can do but nothing.
It is a very shame, this is what i deserve to have played at final fantasy 14 1.0 maybe.
I just wanna the code at 20 in my e-mail linked to the account or the opportunity to buy a new game. I don't think it is so complicated square enix.

This is not just a 1.0 issue. I bought the game a week ago but only received an early access registration code. I never received my regular access code, and Im not the only one they did that to. Ive been sending tickets, checked spam emails, everything, but no response from them and no other registration code. This whole launch is just messed up and its effecting everything, and everyone not just 1.0 players.Alot of people look like they have the same problem as us but they are not. Since they are all new buyer and they just forgot to use their FF14 code which was in their mail or behind their box. All they have to do is use their code they have in their mail or box and they will be able to play it.
For us, our fate depend on Square Enix. I not going to buy FF14 for another time for sure. My friend who has a spare code which i am sure he will give me for free will not make me feel any better too. I think i spend more time troubleshooting the game and waiting for fix then playing my account to level 21 which is so troll?
I try live chat which dont connect after i waited for 100 in line, i try ticket which i hope they will answer. i try to enter my old code which of course dont work since is already on my account.
Basically i already tried all the ways that i could......
