If your mogstation account didn't/doesn't have "FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn - Windows(R)" in red at the top, then they do not consider you to be a 1.0 account holder.

Look, obviously something went wrong and I'm sure it's hit more than just us in the Western community given that those of use who had accounts going into this are being affected (Legacy account holders, namely). I know I'm having problems logging past the wall of, "No account, no access" and I'm a Legacy player.
Everyone who can't look in should check their spam folder and see if they have some form of code from SE.
Alot of people look like they have the same problem as us but they are not. Since they are all new buyer and they just forgot to use their FF14 code which was in their mail or behind their box. All they have to do is use their code they have in their mail or box and they will be able to play it.In other words we can't login untill they fix it. Also we can't buy a new game cause they blocked the digital download. We cannot play for several days or maybe weeks and all my free company members will be 50 raid geared, that means no slot for me in raid.
All that cause that system don't recognize us players of the old version 1.0, but only players of the early start. But why some people don't have this problem? Why some people don't had to put this code. Why some people got a new code on e-mail?
I really can't understand what sqare doing and how they will fix itas soon as possible. Its different person by person. I only know that i got the same problem of JeanRc and maybe we are not too many to have their attention. So sad
For us, our fate depend on Square Enix. I not going to buy FF14 for another time for sure. My friend who has a spare code which i am sure he will give me for free will not make me feel any better too. I think i spend more time troubleshooting the game and waiting for fix then playing my account to level 21 which is so troll?
I try live chat which dont connect after i waited for 100 in line, i try ticket which i hope they will answer. i try to enter my old code which of course dont work since is already on my account.
Basically i already tried all the ways that i could......
I have this problem of an inactive account. Like a lot of people, I played beta, then put in my early access code and all was fine. Now that I received the full game in the post, I typed in my registration code on Mogstation and it created a *second* service account, instead of adding it to the one I had already. This means that my characters on account 1 are now unplayable because that account has gone inactive. I could play on service account 2 but would have to start from scratch. I submitted a ticket explaining this 3 days ago, but now they have thrown that away because it was more than 48hrs ago and they are too busy. I have submitted a new ticket now in the hope they rectify this, and really hope I don't lose my characters on my account!
I was 1.0, never deactivated my service account and was able to log in with no problems. I'm guessing the disabled service account is what causes this?
On a side note, the SE account management site doesn't show my current account info at all. Mog Station does. However, payment setup is done through the SE account management site. It's like they're using 2 sites to manage accounts but they don't properly share any info.

If this doesn't get resolved today, I'm done.
Once again SE releases a game when they were not ready to. My mind is blown that THREE YEARS after the humiliating v 1.0 debacle that they would have such a disaster of a release again. They should really be ashamed.

I've purchased 1.0, had a paid subscription, cancelled it some months later. I had to call them to reactivate my account. Although i'm not a Legacy account holder. I should get a code to play the game, no?
