Thread: FF14 1.0 register player not able login due to early access code/or not

I m sending a lot of tickets but they don't answer. Please if you find a solution let us know. Im really worried this could be the end of my game

we can do nothing unless you want to buy another copy of the game but wait for them to fix it for your ticket.
They have alot of tickets to deal with since alot of people never enter the real registration code as today is the first day of the end of early access.
For us, 1.0 players, we already register long ago in my case about 3 years ago....
but because of early access code and access ended, it cause the system to think i am just an early access user without any ff14 registration which is not. Therefore not giving us 1.0 players access.

ATM the support Team is flooded with Tickets. Think about 5.000-10.000 people sending "lots of tickets" each.

I'm experiencing this same issue.

If this doesn't get resolved today, I'm done.

Once again SE releases a game when they were not ready to. My mind is blown that THREE YEARS after the humiliating v 1.0 debacle that they would have such a disaster of a release again. They should really be ashamed.

Thanks for trying to help, but I have a physical v1.0 CE and I don't see anything in that thread that pertains to me.
