Thread: FF14 1.0 register player not able login due to early access code/or not

In mogue station i got only 1 account when it written "FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Beta Test Windows(R) ,FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Pre-Order Code Windows(R) is registered to this service account.". Then there is the names of my characters and "inactive", when i click in add platfrom i should to insert a code of 20, but i got only the code of the old ff14 1.0 and if i put this one they said me that is already registred. I don't know how to pay a subscription also.
I don't have any new e-mail with any code

Could it be that you have now 2 registered accounts in mogrystation? your old FFxiv 1.0 and an second FFXIV: ARR early access. Would mean: To use your chars of account 2 you have to buy ARR if they cannot be merged
(Example FFxiv 1.0 and ARR CE physical cannot be merged. ARR early access ARR Game can be merged but loose all subscription)

mutiple accounts or not dont effect us.
The problem now is for some reason, Square Enix is not giving access to FF14 1.0 user account to the game. The problem may be cause by the early access or not.
Main problem is like i said square Enix not giving access to the game for FF14 1.0 user account who have early access. Their system went nuts and blocked us from service.
It show we have no account and is inactive at the "mogstation" web page, but show i have register FF14 since sep 2010. This two are conflicting each other and therefore blocked our access.
