    how to calculate DoT damage ?

    When it say potency x for y sec. Is that meaning the total damage potency would be x multiply by y?

    is the potency they give is potency per sec? Or per 2 sec? Or per 3 sec?

    It's every 3 seconds.

    So Touch of Death does 20 instantly, then 25 more every 3 seconds for 30 seconds, so it's 20 + 25 * (30/3) = 270 potency.
