Registering the game questions

Ok so I pre-ordered the game and I played the Early Access. Then I picked up the physical copy today and put it in and began playing but I was unable to receive trophies. So then I uninstalled it thinking that it was because it was the Early Access version of the game. I then Installed the game off of the disc and then noticed the code on the back of the manual. So I typed in the code and now it is RE-Installing the game.

What's up with it installing twice? What do I need to do in order to play and receive my ps3 trophies?

Actually - you didn't need to remove and re-install the game at all - just redeem the code and then cancel the download shortly after the start (if offered) will do the trick. Then ther trophies will activate - however - it will NOT count any progress / achievments gained so far so you'll start basically from scratch with those. Also - if you play on both PS3 as well as PC with the same service account the progress gained on PC is NOT counted towards PS3 trophies progress at all. Pretty lame if you ask me. While I believe this is by design rather than actual bug this should be changed as many of us has gained quite progress since the start of the Beta 4 / EA and redoing lot of stuff just for the sake of the PS3 trophies is quite annoyance. It's pretty standard with otehr games that your progres is (hiddenly) counted and then instantly re-applied once you activate the game (DCUO, NFS: Most Wanted etc. etc.). SE - please CHANGE THIS!
