Ragistration Code!

Asked at the launcher to put in my 20 digit registration code that I put in for early access, of course it says its already in use and now I cant play. Im off to work now but if im not able to play by the time I come home I doing a charge back, this is the very last straw for me. BTW am i alone in this problem?

You have not registered your retail 20 digit code yet (This is not the same code you used for early access, it is a new code you would of received at launch).

im having the same problem and ive never received a new code. is it supposed to come in email because I never received that either.

I never got a registration code then, so what do I do now, been playing the game some EA.

Same issue here. I bought the game from SE's website, checked through all the emails and there is no other registration code. Are they sending another one? Why is it so hard to play this game?

I am having the same problem, I only got the 20 digit early access code and nothing else. I just hit 50 and about 30 minutes later got booted out of the game and can't log in anymore. I'm pretty pissed but it does make me feel better that I am not the only one having this problem.

I have the same problem I never received another registration code, this such an embarrassment. I even went to the square-enix store and found my game under my account to check my codes for FFXIV ARR and it only displays the early access code. What a joke, about to charge back.

If you live in NA and bought it through square-enix store, then check your spam folder for an email from webhelp.v4 that was sent on the 27th. This is digitalriver's email and they handled all the NA digital sales.

I have that email, the only thing it contained was a 16 digit Serial Number/Product Code which I used to redeem the 20 digit early access code and an order number.......

I've been waiting on an email since launch for this same problem. I got my CE copy from the PSN store and the only codes I ever got were from the refund (due to the problems with the PSN copy) and a preorder code from Gamestop. No 20 digit registration code anywhere.

Somehow though, as confusing as the Moogle Station was, I have my CE registered under a different service account where I don't even have a character created. Again though, since I received no registration code, I don't know how it got registered, much less to a second account.
