Behest Queing

I was thinking why couldn't their be a system where one could que up for a behest. He would have to stay in the zone of course, but he could run around in the zone and solo. Then when the Warden appears he has the option to return or is given a text/ icon warning that you have 5 minutes till it begins.

I find two problems with that. 1. People who idle or don't intend to do behest but still take up a slot and 2. Often there are more than 15 people who want to do a behest. I rather have 15 people near the warden to do the behest with than 15 people who are scattered around the map and still have to come.

A variation on your idea might be better. Like having an option to queue, and when the warden arrives you get a warning giving you 1min to respond. If you respond you get teleported, if you don't you get removed from the queue. However this would lead to another problem, people using the queue at a warden as a free teleport.
