Can't copy from chat, please help!

Back in 1.0 I was able to ctrl+c to copy from chat and now it does not work, I've gone though all my settings, spoken to all my friends and FC and some of them can and others can't. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

No idea...I'm from 1.0 as well...I tried today on controller and keyboard to report a gil spammer...no luck copying. I anyone knows much appreciated.

I have a bunch of people trying to figure this out because now that I've brought it to their attention they want to fix it too lol. I suppose I'll pull a ticket in the mean time

Was adding a guy to blacklist earlier, forgot I can copy paste his name rather than spelling it out
What is the command to report though?

As to the initial problem, I find you need to click on the right side and drag left to highlight what you want to copy, rather than the other way around.

The issue isn't the highlighting and from what I understand there isn't a command for reporting.

It looks like you can copy and paste from chat and place it into your own chat, but I don't get the point of that. You used to be able to place it something outside of your game

Hmmm, I will have to try this again, though I am pretty sure I copied a welcome message URL from chat and pasted it into a browser before.

Are you running windowed or full screen?
What install language are you using?
What OS do you have?

I have the exact same setup as you, I have the japanese language pack also installed though

I have the same problem, i cant copy any text from chat, people pass me video tutorials and i must write allllllll the link XD.
