also, the EA code isn't the actual code, but it still sets up the same layout in mog station if you go see. i have "service account 1" as my EA code, and "service account 2" as my CE code. they're essentially the same type of code with only certain service options opened. the CE code has subscription payments open whereas the EA code doesn't. i'm pretty sure it's not that hard to enable subscription on an EA code in mogstation.
You only have two service accounts because the messed up hard understand wtf was going on lead you to making two service accounts. You need to contact SE support and they will fix it.

It's not a matter of technical difficulty. Its the fact that this game requires being purchased in addition to paying a subscription fee. You get the Early Access code before you make a purchase, so it doesn't indicate that anything has in fact been purchased, only that you've indicated your intent to purchase it in the future. Now that the Early Access period is over, an intent to purchase it in the future is no longer sufficient. They're requiring that players have actually followed through on that and made the actual purchase.

The only problem with any of this is for players who purchased it, got the final code, tried to enter that final code, and had it mis-applied to the wrong account (regardless of whether that was through their own error or Square Enix's). It's only because of there being so many such problems that I think they should still allow accounts that don't yet have a purchased game properly registered.
