For PS3 users if you were playing with the early access code at first & now it won't let you login & you get the "No valid service...." msg. If you got a hard copy enter the 12 digit registration code that's in the box into the redeem codes section of your account management on the playstation XMB.

This is true, if u bought a hard copy its behind the booklet. I just did this and currently downloading the update
