Can anyone help me I purchased my ff at gamestop it has codes inside of the case but none are 20 digits I have been playing for a while but stopped today like everyone else.

When you open the game box, the cd sits on the right side, and on the left there should be 2 pieces of paper, a tiny one that's red and white, and a large one that looks like the box cover. On the bottom of the one that looks like the box cover there should be a registration code. make sure you caps the code when you go to register it or it won't take it.

I tried it on mogstation online but it didnt work so i will try it again when it is done loading on my ps3 (i deleted it now loading from disc rather preorder code) but the code on the back of the cover is only 12 digits long and seperated in 3 sections its asking for 20 digits and 5 sections

I've read this whole thread and i'm having the same issue. I bought the game online. I got the email that i am registered, plus I have the EG 20 digit code. I put in my 20 digit code and it says it's already registered. I haven't gotten a new email for the new code, but I have uninstalled then re-installed the game. I don't know what I missing, please help.

I pre-ordered & bought the game at gamestop & i already pre registered for ealy access & then put the registered the game again because it told me too but still isn't working......... i went to my SE account & it said i'm not registered anymore idk why? i also got a 12 digit code not a 20.... where is it asking for a 20 digit code ?

I am having similar troubles. At first I just thought it was something to do with the maintenance, but it is still having trouble. I preordered the game and yet, I am having trouble finding the code. I have checked my e-mails and everything...help, please?

For PS3 users if you were playing with the early access code at first & now it won't let you login & you get the "No valid service...." msg. If you got a hard copy enter the 12 digit registration code that's in the box into the redeem codes section of your account management on the playstation XMB.

This is true, if u bought a hard copy its behind the booklet. I just did this and currently downloading the update
