I'm having the same issue, I bought it from the EBGames website as a digital copy. I got the pre-order and the in-game items, but then I got an email saying it was denied and then I got this problem. I didn't get another email with a 20 digit code, just my pre-order code.

Hey guys I was having the same problem, decided to take the advice of going through my Email, checked my junk because I noticed it did indeed have more than it's been for the last month or so.

And lo and behold SE had sent it under a email address known as "webhelp.v4"

It's the 20 character code in that email

I just had this happen to me. I bought the physical CE game. It has not arrived yet and won't until late next week according to the tracking website.

Am I just SOL until I get that box?! It's kinda BS if that's true. I sent in a ticket but I'm sure they won't answer me any time soon.

I checked for emails with that code...are there any other ways to check for your code! Findmyorder doesn't have the code either, just the early access code.

Just had the exact same problem. Just clicked to enter a dungeon through duty finder, got error 90000 and kicked out of the game. When I tried to log in, it acts as if it's my first time logging in, requesting a registration code. When I enter my old code in from my purchase email, tells my code is already registered. Can't log into the game. Very frustrated w/ the launch of this game.

Just had the same problem. Pre-ordered the game from Amazon. Had to go to the game library in amazon to get the game key for the download, and enter that code to get the free 30 days. I received the email on 8/27 but because I actually had to go to Amazon's game library and get the game code, I had missed it.

Once I registered the new code, I got my 30 free days and now back in the game. This whole launch with all these stupid codes has been a major pita.
