cant log into my account launcher help

bassicaly my account was locked by se and they told me to change my password to unlock it i did that and when i open the launcher it shows

then after clicking next it shows this



i put the pw iv been using for my account and so far have managed to reach lvl 40 and after i put it. it shows this



i click i currently possess a square enix account and it shows this next



i put in my registration code "note this code has allready registered to the same account i figured it might want to verify it ;/ but after i do it. it shows this




and it wont let me continue to play?.... i allready made a ticket to se but does anyone have a fix?..

It means you haven't registered your game yet, you need to check your emails for a registration key (Different then the code you used for EA). Where did you buy it from?

but i did register it. it says this FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Beta Test Windows(R) ,FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Pre-Order Code Windows(R) is registered to this service account. and when i put the code in it says its allready registered..

even got level 40..

I had the same issue and found a mail from my retailer from few days back with a 20 digits game activation code. I put it in and got activated again. Maybe this helps.

That means exactly what I said, you didn't register you still have a beta/EA account. YOu need to use another 20 digit code which is not your EA code you used when EA started. You should have gotten an email about it, where did you buy the game?

in few min ago i login to my account but the game client bring me to registration code page , why ? , what should i do ?
