    Account gone.

    So I bought this game in pre release. the first problem i had was that i didnt even get a game code. now my account doesnt exist. when i try and login it says to enter my registration code and ive already been playing on this account with a level 15 character for the last few days. sigh this game has had the most sloppy release i have ever seen. maybe square enix has purposely done this to reduce the population on their bad servers. delete some people's accounts to create some space so people can log on.

    You probably need to register your game key. I had to do the same thing. Go to mogstation and check how many days you have left on your account. If you pre-ordered from gamestop digitally then you probably need to open their downloader thing and you should see the key for the non early access portion.
