Ok, so here is my issue.

I pre-ordered the CE through Gamestop, Digital Download. Word.

Unfortunately, I had a vacation planned all the way through EA and launch, and I just got home tonight. Thing is, I never got to use my Early Access code from Gamestop to get my ACTUAL Early Access code (the one you get in the e-mail from SE, the 20 digit code.)

So I come home, eager to play. I register for my early access code through Square. I then receive the e-mail from Square with my 20 digit access code. I boot up FFXIV: ARR, totally stoked to play!

I enter the code from the e-mail, check the box acknowledging the terms and conditions, and......

"The entered code is invalid."

I double check the code... oops, must have entered it wrong (always happens to me.)

No, no... code looks good. Try again... "The entered code is invalid."

At this point I'm like ok I MUST NOT be reading the code right, so I re-type it and do it letter by letter, looking at my e-mail, and typing in the letter, and so on and so forth until the code is fully entered.. Ok, this should do it...

"The entered code is invalid."

Someone, please... tell me I haven't lost my mind. I've GOTTA be missing something, right?

I was actually good to go on early access.. played and got those items.. I too am CE edition. Received the emails on launch day, and it says my code is invalid as well.. I can play, but no CE items.

Mogstation says I'm a regular account and wants me to pay $20 more to upgrade to digital CE, which is what I originally purchased.

I try typing in my code on Mogstation also and it says my code is invalid as well... Just got home to play... and I can't even register my game???

Then I suggest looking at the other gamestop threads that have been popping up because someone was saying gamestop was doing stupid shit with their codes.

It's not the Game Stop code though. It's the code I received in my e-mail from Square Enix. The pre order early access code I got from Game Stop was fine and registered without problems through Square's website.

it cant be gamestop. SE send gamestop lets says 200 codes and then gamestop sells those codes or gamestop sell the game and then send the info to SE and SE send the code to the buyer. it most likely SE is the issue and since SE has suspended the download services.
