Got an NA code, need EU. What can I do?

I pre-ordered (and paid for) three copies of FFXIV about two weeks ago. Two of the accounts were NA accounts, while the third was an EU account.

For some reason, the code on the third account came as NA and we cannot use it to activate the account.

Is there anything I can do? Can I get a refund so that I can purchase an EU code? Is there a support email I can send all relevant info to so that they can add the code themselves? Our EA time is about to run out and I would hate for my friend to get locked out (even though I bought the game!) because of these odd region locked codes.

I am in the opposite situation to you, i have an EU activation code, but need an NA code for my NA account. Perhaps we can do a swap?

It might have to come to that, as much as I dislike trading key codes.

There's a speculation that EU-regionised PS3 players whom got the digital copy from PSN, are supplied with NA license.

I am in NZ and so it is recognised as EU-based, and another fella Klaud_Litah is in Portugal (EU-based)... we both got PSN digital copy. This is Klaud_Litah's theory on the issue on the EU-PSN code.
