I need help.... I need someone from square enix to contact me, your friggin support centers dont open until I'm already at work and they close when i get off, I dont have time to sit around in a 4~6 hour long queue hopping to god that someone actually picks up. (that would be if I could get anything but a busy signal from phone support)

I have been trying for nearly a week at this point (it'll be a week tomorrow morning) to contact customer care about my game key being registered to the wrong service account, in the mean time I cant play my character (I cant start from level one again, i'll lose all interest in the game if i have to) as the "trail" is already up, and the most I have gotten from SE was an email stating it would be 2 business days before the issue is resolved, and that was middle last week...

At this point I'm really losing motivation to even keep trying, I don't feel like I paid for an awesome MMO, I feel like I paid for a game whats whole point is to see how long it takes to get on the line with customer care. really thinking about calling amazon and finding out who i need to talk to for a refund.

I used my whole last day off trying to sit in queue for chat and constantly redialing phone support only to hear a busy signal everytime (I got an app for my phone that auto-redials busy numbers... over 300 calls and couldnt even get into queue)

I'm at a complete loss as to what I should do... I've tried countless emails, got in queue for chat at least 10 times and pleased over 300 calls to phone support.. and all I get is a bullshit email about "2 business days"...

Not really sure what to do other then ask for a refund and try the game again in 3 months... I'm out of trail time on my main service account and I've already used up 6 days of my free 30 and haven't played once in that time....
