5 days since EA and nothing about servers execpt "Working on it".....

This is pretty ridiculous. I can accept that there's a problem with servers being full, I can accept a queue problem, these kinds of problems are normal with launches. What I CAN'T accept is that there has not been ONE SINGLE fix to ANY problems for 5 days. Is everyone at SE playing FFIX instead of fixing it so the people that paid for it can play?

The fixes are simple even:
-Add a working queue.
-Kick AFK people (for the love of god)
-Create more servers (JP has more servers than US + EU? Uhhh, how about you check the population of these countries and get back to me.)

Please read the letter from the director/producer about these issues.
They are working on these issues, but fixing things takes a little bit of time.

I, like you and many others, am frustrated about the current state of things and believe that they should have been dealt with before release, but know that they are being worked on.

Hopefully the letter will give you more insight on where the fixes are and what is being done.

actually.. they have posted some details (although, still a bit vague) about their plans for resolution.

I was actually excited to play with friends, so i pre-ordered. Unfortunately, i haven't been able to log in since the last beta, so I have requested a refund.
