Escape From Castrum Centri glitch

After beating the giant colossus I received a 90000 error.. when I got back on the server the NPC I had to talk to, Minfilia, was no where to be found. I can't abandon the quest nor can I re-enter the instance. I need help lolol.

Edit: I tried contacting a GM in which they told me they could not resolve this issue
