Support portal needs a way to update/cancel a ticket-- ticket 2647898 is resolved

Looked all over the place to try to find a way to cancel or at least update ticket 2647898.

Resolved this after a heated discussion with GameStop and their really messed up way of managing Digital Downloads. Got my SE Account straight now, so the ticket can be closed.

If there is a way to do it through the portal, either I am blind or it is hidden well. Sorry for posting in Tech Support, but it seems I am still locked from using the normal feedback channels on the forums and appear to only be able to post in these top sections, which is odd considering the feedback page at the support portal directs you to the forums to submit your feedback... lol.

"If your issue has already been resolved and you are no longer in need of support, the URL below will provide you with a "Cancel Ticket" option to close your open ticket." Should see this line and a link in the email that SE sent you saying they received your ticket.

If you haven't had an email from them, I'm not sure.

yeah.. not yet. Their email system is buggered up atm. Not uncommon though for their "automated" responsed to show up the next day. Just trying to prevent someone from waisting time tracking down the fix that was eluding me this morning when there are people out there with bigger account issues. Surprised not to see a means to easily update the ticket... was a standard feature with the dev firms I used to work for/with when I did that crap for a living. Times change I guess....
