Square Enix ID married to my PS3

I used an Square Enix ID account I have no intention on using to play in my PS3. Why didn't I use my ID to begin with? Well... I made a new one just to give a try to the beta because for some reason I couldn't log using my account and Square Enix never helped me with that issue. I had read that for the previous beta phases (I tried the game at the 4th phase), the account IDs didn't 'marry' to the Playstation Network accounts, but now when I want to use the real thing (my ID) I can't.

When I begin the game in my PS3 only the button that says 'I currently possess a Square Enix account' appears after I accepted terms of service. Then there's the lowlighted Square Enix ID which I cannot delete or change. Is there a way I can add accounts to my PS3 or delete this one??? I am trying to look for other alternatives to Customer Support 'cause you know how it is these days... not that I haven't tried contacting them for like 300 times now by phone or email or chat, lol. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Sadly to say, you will have to contact customer support to have your SEN and SQEXID "divorced" hehe

Trying to do that, hope there is a way. I only want to play the game with my husband. We had bought CE for the V.1 game and he was really disappointed of it. Went through a lot of struggle to make him try this one and he is so enthusiastic about this remake... well... was I think... he's so pissed right now... :'(
