Ironic, you say that when you obviously ignored my post which states your post is not an optimal solution :P

(Incase you cant see, going through a torrent is just reverting around other ports, and also uncapped clients. But it does not work for everybody, and also there has been many times where my xivpatcher has beaten torrents. Similar for friends. Due to the reasons in my OP.)

It seem some players don't have access to opening ports or don't know how but there only two way of fixing this yours and what i said by opening your ports i download the update in about 15mins or less with opening ports. Sadly if players don't want to do it or ask there ISP which opening ports could help a lot of players d/c issue then you have to deal with all the problem too they fix it and i don't think they are too ps3 release which is when this game is going P2P right now is F2P so why don't care much about fixing issue like this even if it's a big issue.
