Yes I liked the ff9 card game. If they do a card game and make it mobile, app and other platform friendly and still tie into your character... well thatd be awesome

I would love to see this in game, Make Rare Cards drop from dungeons, or maybe half-way decent ones come from Booster packs that need to be crafted, so you get like 6 cards per pack with 2 uncommon cards and a chance for a rare card or something!

In all seriousness I'd love this. Triple Triad, Tetra Master or a new game altogether. Mini games have always been a part of some of the great FF games.

Triple Triad and Tetra Master are both amazing games. I'd take either of those and be extremely happy!

Yes! I was stuck partway through a dungeon once waiting for a healer to queue. It would have been great to just sit down and start playing cards.

I could have sworn I read somewhere that they were implementing a card mini game when they add the Golden Saucer to FFXIV but I can't find a trace of it now.

Last I heard, Yoshi was saying the dev staff were playing with the idea of a card game in the office, but that was months ago. It would be great to see if they made any progress. I sent a question about that for the live letter, it got lots of thumbs up on the post, but whoever is in charge of sending the English questions to him decided not to do it for some reason.

But seriously, if they do make a card game for FFXIV, I hope it's a little more like Magic the Gathering or something. I could never really get into Tetra Master in FF9, and Triple Triad in FF8 and it's aggravating rules changes, particularly Random, pretty much killed it for me.
