Well stumbling around the world at Eastorn shroud (17.25) found a army of bots wasting valuable slots for real players care to ban them GM? be easier on the server load if you got more proactive on these botters, free up at least 11 slots for players.

It almost seems like the recent string of "locking down character creation" may infact be tied to the recent burst of RMT and botters. If you think about it theres really no other reason to prevent char creation unless you simply dont have the room to save a 1-10kb file with a character name, wich i highly doubt is the issue. With that being said locking out player creation effectivly prevents more than 1 char on a server at any time on the same accounts making RMTs have to go through the entire entro over and over.. just think its a way, albiet a poor way, of SE trying to mitigate RMT atm.. Just my thoughts though

Wow, I've been waiting to log in on this server for about an hour now...with the 1017 error. Bots are taking up spots..? Unacceptable.

Between gold sellers, and bots in the game, and people will shred someone a new one if they afk'd. Of course their attention is probably focused on getting server issues fixed before focusing on bots and whatnot.

oh alot of us are talking about it atm in shout and hovering around them chatting - waiting on a GM to come ban them ....

Good luck on the waiting around, its apparent that they are obviously elsewhere atm. Ive yet to hear or see any sort of GM on any server yet, much less it seems that most of the forum administrators so far have been from eastern decent, it would be really nice to have a western administrator who can communicate with us a little better in a more grammically available and less "premade statement" style of chatting.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I was just curious how you knew they were bots. From the screenshot I personally couldn't tell bots from 11 people who look like they're all ranged looking at the same thing (much like when a single mob fate finishes)
