Maximum number of mobs is also lowered (didn't really notice their change in strength), so it really comes down to same, 2x behest per hour with 8 ppl and 20 mobs each behest...or one behest in an hour with 15ppl and 40 mobs, you pretty much get same SP in one hour either way.
