While I don't agree with limiting community interaction based on character level, keeping this up while most of us are unable to try and fix that is unacceptable. If I can't log in, I'd at least like the courtesy of being able to communicate with my server's community to try and organize events and what not.

Feel free to go back to the arbitrary limitations once the issues with server capacity are fixed. Until then, drop the limitations and stop double penalizing those of us who can't log in.

What IS the posting restriction? I know I've seen other level 16's post (in places other than here) but I can't, and I'm not sure why because I don't know what the requirements even -are-.

That's what I'm also trying to figure out, as well. It'd be nice to have some guidelines as a sort, so we can figure out why we can't post in a board and whatnot.

I've yet to see an official FAQ spelling out who can post what, where, or how often. I know it was mentioned that New Player Help, Technical Help, and one other place were not subject to the limits. Past that, no clue.

What I do know is that until we meet some random requirement, we're not allowed to even comment in the General Discussion or most other boards. I could maybe see restricting it to comments only and disallowing new threads but to not even be able to join in the discussions going on? Unacceptable.
