Egg Hunt

This is pretty much what I'd like to know. I'm wondering if you need to finish the pristine egg quest in all three cities to move to the next.

Or since its still a week from Easter, every few days another cap is the reward. And they ask for different kind of eggs. I dunno lool but I got my pristine already :S
